Awards Ceremony

A solemn and warm Awards Ceremony took place in our school on April 8th at the canteen. In this important occasion several of our students from 6th to III high were awarded with International Certifications from the Cambridge University to certificate their English level.

Ten students received their Movers Certification, sixteen students received KET Certification and six students received PET Certification. The parents who attended this ceremony showed their proud and happiness because of their children achievements and the awarded students expressed the desire of continuing with higher International Examinations in English.

Miss Ximena Carrasco, Miss Ana María Díaz and Miss Margarita García handed out with joy the diplomas to the awarded students and Miss María José Álvarez together with Miss Margarita García told some beautiful words to their Movers and PET students respectively. Mister Marcos Barros also gave a relevant speech in which he remarked the importance of English and the International certification of it in our school, and encouraged parents to continue giving support to their children in this area highlighting the idea that “simple actions that can take our sons to success”.

Finally the school offered a delicious breakfast to share this important moment with our students.

Our goal this year is to motivate as many students as we can in order to higher the English level of all the grades. The English Department invites those students who would like to participate in this English activity.
